Astro Turf Is Pet Friendly

Most synthetic grass is dog and pet friendly. The latex backing and sand infill protect the astro turf from any damage hazards posed by animals. Therefore mud and bare patches are avoided, which is why artificial lawns are popular with pet owners. Some people have expressed concern about dogs digging up the grass edges. This should not be a problem as high strength glue keeps the astro turf attached to its base. Neither is animal urine problematic because it simply washes away in the rain and does not discolour the grass.
